How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
Your order will be shipped by USPS and all orders placed before 3 pm will ship out the following morning. Depending on where you are located it will take 1-5 days transit time on ground orders.
What will it cost to ship my order?
Pee Dee Outfitters offers FREE SHIPPING on ORDERS $49 and OVER. All orders under $49 are charged a simple flat rate of $6.95 for ground shipments anywhere within the continental US.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification when we process your order. That email contains a link to allow you to track the progress of your order.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
How will the charges appear on my credit card statement?
At the time of your order, your credit or debit card will be charged for the total amount of your order (including shipping if applicable). The charge on your credit card bill will be from Coast 2 Coast Sales, LLC.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we accept orders only from the US.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes NC and SC Sales tax will be charged.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Item(s)must be unused and in the same condition as shipped. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached. The merchandise must be in resalable condition. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Item(s) must be free of any stains, odors or any visible damage. Carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt and a note with an explanation of why you are returning it (and what you would like for us to do for you – exchange, refund, etc.). Please include your return address as well as your day time telephone number in case we have any questions. Send your return to:
